The Makerspace is a creative hub at Centennial College where students, faculty, and staff can bring ideas to life using tools like sewing machines and button makers. It offers workshops, a Recording Studio for podcasts and videos, and specialized equipment such as VR headsets and a Revolution Lightboard for faculty and staff.
The Makerspaces, located in the Progress Library (Room L3-08) and the Story Arts Centre Library (Room 109F), are open to all current members of the college community. The Progress Makerspace is staffed Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., while the Story Arts Centre Makerspace offers drop-in access whenever the library is open.
