Centennial College Libraries encourages all faculty to add information about Libraries’ services and resources to their syllabus. Below you will find sample language for your syllabus. Please feel free to use it in its entirety, or adapt it to suit your needs.

The attached template, shared with permission from the University of Waterloo, allows you to clearly indicate in your assignments and tests using icons what materials are allowed (or not allowed) to be used when writing a test or assignment.

The resource has a CC-BY-NC 4.0 license (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0/legalcode), which lets others tweet, remix, adapt, and build upon the work non-commercially, as long as you credit the University of Waterloo and indicate if changes were made
