  • Identify a list of keywords specific to your topic in order to retrieve relevant websites and articles in a library database for your research assignment.

Find other Call Documents by going to the City of Toronto website, Doing Business, Do Business with the City, then click on Call Process & Call Documents.

Searching is iterative, and requires change in keywords, adding other keywords, removing some keywords, using subject terms, and trying your search several times to help you find relevant results. The key is not to give up!
