BTA was founded in June 2020 by a collaborative team of seasoned professionals with a passion for cannabis, combining extensive experience and unique perspectives that span decades of accumulated knowledge and expertise across the legacy, recreational and emerging markets.

Rooted in culture, community and connection, BTA is where people, plants and businesses collaborate and share.

Our mission is to advise, support and fulfill the needs of our members in the production and the responsible consumption of cannabis and its multiple derivatives.

To act as the national voice for our members in their promotion of industry standards; support the development, growth and integrity of the regulated cannabis industry; and serve as an important resource on issues related to the safe and responsible use of cannabis for medical and non-medical purposes.
